What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?
We send the majority of our items by Sendle. If you are not going to be home during business hours then, if practical, please provide your work address. Delivery is sent straight to your door, if there is no one available to accept the delivery, then your parcel will be redirected to a local pickup point and Sendle will contact you via email informing where to go.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually within 1 day from the payment date (Please Note: This is not the delivery time to your front door).

Which Carrier/Courier do you use?

Most of the parcels are sent via Sendle, and occasionally we use Australia Post for express shipping. We send every item by a traceable method of delivery. Check your email to find your tracking number.

Express post is a next business day delivery after despatch from our warehouse to a network of 80% of Australian business addresses. If your item is for an address outside this network, Auspost Express will use the fastest possible transport links however may not be next day delivery. How do I know when you have shipped my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped (fulfilled). Alternatively you can send us an e-mail requesting a trace of you order. While all care is take from Taoca to despatch your order on time there may be peak periods during the year where some minor delays on despatches occur, we rely on external carriers for online store orders & cannot accept any liabilities if these carriers cause delays in delivery.

Public Holidays:

Taoca is not open on public holidays so despatches for orders made on public holidays will go forward to the next business day.

Weather/COVID Delays:
In the rare circumstance that your product is delayed or not delivered due to severe weather conditions or COVID restrictions, couriers will usually not honour any guarantees and therefore, unfortunately neither can we.

Incorrect Address:
Unfortunately Taoca is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied, particularly if you did not include your unit number. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.

Returns Policy

Product Quality Guarantee:

In the unlikely event that any of your products are damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 weeks and we will automatically refund you the correct value or re-send you a new product. Please note that a photograph will be required for the refund of any damaged goods.

Cancellation/Changing Orders:

Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed and finalised in the shopping cart. We will, however, try to help you so long as the order hasn’t been dispatched or incurred us any cost.

Order errors:

In the event we have sent you the wrong item due to a packing error, we will cover the postage costs of having the incorrect item sent back to us and for the correct item to be sent to you, or a refund of the goods value.

Incorrect Address:

Unfortunately Taoca is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.

Please Note:

We will provide refunds or replacements for: Product sent in error; Product damaged in transit; Product with wrong description or quality faults.

We will not refund you for: Stock that has expired while in your possession; Products that were purchased incorrectly; Customer change of mind.

Secure payments

We accept payment via credit and debit card only.

We are unable to process sales on account, nor accept payment via direct bank deposit.

The payment process is completed after your order is finalised.

To ensure protection of your credit card details, payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service run by Stripe. This service is PCI-DSS compliant which is the industry standard for secure credit card payments. Any changes or updates to your payment information need to be made via our website to ensure the highest level security is maintained. All credit card details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by our Customer Service Team.
